Do you charge per-photo or per-product?

The package options (Classic, Cardinal, Deluxe) are per product. This is for those who have a few products, or just want to do one at a time.

The A la Carte Options charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

How much will it cost?

The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, the A la Carte pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Detailed rates can be found on our pricing page.

How do I pay?

Before starting your project you will be sent a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. All major credit cards are accepted as well as payments through Venmo, Cashapp, & PayPal.

I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it?

Do you ship my products back when you’re done?

Yes, of course! The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice. Alternatively, your products can be donated to local charity or discarded if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses.

I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it?

If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact me before shipping. Currently, products up to 5'x5'x5' are able to photographed.

* If you are unsure, please feel free to contact me beforehand! Heavyweight or unusual size/shape may incur extra charges for shipping.

Where do I need to ship my items to?

Please make sure to complete any contracts and invoices for your project before shipping them for photographing!

Do I need to be located near Baton Rouge to be a client?

You don’t need to be in Baton Rouge, or even in the United States! If you are local, feel free to ask for meetings in person to get to know who will be photographing your products!

How long do photography projects take?

Most projects are delivered in about 12-14 business days, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.

If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available. Please let me know beforehand if this will be needed for your order. Cost per image can be found on the Pricing Page.

During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

What if I would like an image to be re-shot?

If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.

How do you deliver my finished photos?

Delivery of completed photos occurs via a personal online gallery through Pixiset. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a gallery link and password. Log-in to to view and instantly download your high resolution images. Your gallery is kept viewing and download at no additional charge for up to 6 months.

Where can I find my gallery to download my pictures?

Once completed, you should receive an email including a link to your personal password protected gallery.

In what format are my photos delivered?

All product photos are delivered as a high resolution,
300 DPI JPEG in a 3:4 size ratio.

Transparent photos are delivered as PNG files, depending on your use and preference.

In addition to the high resolution originals, our server also allows you to chose from several smaller size jpeg images for use on the web.

What kind of license comes with the images?

Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.

I can't find my gallery password to download my images.

Your gallery password should be included in the email sent to you at the time of completion. Please feel free to contact me directly if you are unable to find the email so I can help you!
